RULES AND INFORMATION

Safety & Medical

First Aid stations are positioned in both Five Points Plaza near the Sun Cruiser Main Stage and in Cousins Plaza at the Tribute to Charles Burrell. Should you or someone with you feel unwell, don't hesitate to seek help from our welcoming medical team or ask any festival staff member to guide you to assistance.

In case of an EMERGENCY, immediately locate a staff member carrying a radio or head to the nearest information booth, medical station, or entrance gate. Please be prepared to provide clear details about what happened and the type of help needed.

Security

  • For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we ask that every attendee—including media personnel and guests—complete a security screening at entry to the Main Stage. This process may include bag inspections, passage through metal detection equipment, and examination of personal belongings. Thank you for your patience as we work to create a secure environment for everyone.

  • Our goal is for everyone to enjoy themselves in a substance-free environment. The use or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances is prohibited both within the venue and on the surrounding grounds. Management reserves the right to deny entry, and individuals who appear to be under the influence may be refused admission to the event.

  • We value your cooperation and understanding in helping us create a safe and welcoming experience for all attendees. Should you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact any member of our event team. In the event of an EMERGENCY, locate a staff member with a radio or proceed to the nearest information desk, medical station, or entrance gate for immediate help. Please be prepared to clearly describe the situation and what assistance is needed.
